M.O.P.S - Mothers of Preschoolers:

MOPS provides an opportunity to meet other moms and make the journey of motherhood together. We share our experiences, learn from one another, support each other and laugh together. MOPS meetings are a wonderful place to build friendships and have fun with other moms while your children are cared for in our nursery room by our MOPPETS. In other words, it's a play date for moms! MOPS meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month from 9:30-11:30 in the Youth/CR Building at Woodlawn. For more information contact Erika Dinges, mopswoodlawn@gmail.com or 936-697-6515.

Volunteers Needed

We are also looking for two individuals who would find joy in working with our preschoolers and two individuals who would have a blast working with our K-3rd graders for Children's Church, once a month (at 11:00am). Children's Church is completely prepared and ready for you ahead of time, all you have to do is say yes, and then show up ready to share your love with the kids! You do not have to be the best teacher to be involved with Children's Church. You just have to have a heart for helping children grow in Christ!

Parents Night Out

Parents Night Out has been taken over by MOPS volunteers for November 9th from 6-9pm. All age children are welcome to come. They can sign up by contacting Erika Dinges or Brianna Hunt. A snack will be provided but dinner should be fed before they come. $10 per child (with a limit of $25 per family).
